NEW - Electric Stern-drive-motor

The new Torqeedo stern-drive-motor suits boats with capsize resisting properties of the series, HOLIDAY, EXPLORER, RIVERSTAR and ADVENTURE.

Steering control of the motor on canoes by means of 2 foot pedals mounted to the foot brace bar, except the ADVENTURE, which has 2 manual pull handles mounted to the midship seat-board, where the electronic control unit, fitts between floor and side tube, providing a throttle lever for infinite adjustable speed control.

Worlds First! HAPPY CAT RACING

Popular demand has lead to introductions. As from 2009 there will be available a RACING-version of the HAPPY Cat.

It is intended to promote that edition as a class catamaran for regatta events. Compared to
the standard version, it features:

Mast taller by 1 m and a total sail area of 11,9 m2
New style racing sails, based on extensive expert research findings, - no boom, 7 full length sail battens + 3 clear view screens

Worlds First! JUMP white-water surf-kayak

With short length surf-kayaks, white water kayaking is becoming increasingly popular.

A few years ago only, the length of most boats measured up to 400 cm. Nowadays 250 cm is the common length.

Whereas solid-hull white-water kayaks adequately meet all requirements, the problem remains, with regard to the aspect of storage,at home and in particular upon transportation.

For moving by car a luggage rack is required, or a trailer. Carriage by train is most problematic,
and by air virtually impossible, because most airlines do not accept hard-hull boats.

Being worldwide market leaders of innovative inflatable boats for travel, GRABNER have now introduced the JUMP, which meets all expectations of travelling white-water kayaking enthusiasts.

New! CREEK - Super-Lifejacket for Hobby-Paddlers

Whereas a lifejacket for white-water freaks incorporates all sorts of features of eventuality, which one could need, hobby paddlers do not necessarily require these many additional functionalities.

Most paddlers consider maximum wearing comfort, low weight, absolute safety, and eye appeal as priority and decisive in their choice against cheap lifejackets with suspect features. Between those types there have hardly been any products on offer.

The new CREEK closes that gap, offering all the features, the hobby paddlers indeed needs, but does away with any additional ballast.
