Using a short kayak, whitewater kayaking becomes increasingly popular. Whereas short length hard shell whitewater creekers meet all demands for operation in waters they are designed for, the problem of storage at home and in particular that of transport remains.
For transportation by car a roof rack or trailer is essential. Rail-, or bus transport is virtually out, and most airlines do not carry hard shell boats at all.
Since travel to distant whitewater destination becomes more popular, it was time to design a boat that meets all the standards set for short length whitewater kayaks, yet be of light weight fit into the smallest of packs for easy carriage.
The GRABNER designed JUMP is a development that meets all the requirements and desires of whitewater canoeists fond on travelling. The Jump is a most remarkable craft.
